Lead Engineer

We are looking for a Lead Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

We're seeking a Lead Engineer to manage and operate process equipment, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant plant operations both onshore and offshore. The role involves supervising personnel, overseeing maintenance and commissioning, monitoring process performance, and maintaining high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in services related to MEP or HVAC
• Experience of working with process equipment / heavy plant machinery
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English (Written and Verbal)
• Good leadership skills and ability to work well with staff at all levels
• Basic Offshore Survival Induction & Emergency Training
• Proven experience in servicing & trouble-shooting mechanical, electrical or instrumentation on equipment/ machinery
