TWMA, provider of specialised drilling waste management services, has won the Great Company (Large) Award at this year’s Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) Offshore Achievement Awards (OAA). Winners were announced on Thursday 21 March at the prestigious awards ceremony at the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre.
The category recognises the continuous growth and development of companies with more than 250 employees which have demonstrated clear strategic direction and strong product/service differentiation. Nominees were also required to show evidence of plans for future success and growth in the UK and internationally.
Commenting on the award, Gareth Innes, chief commercial officer at TWMA said: “Winning this award is a fantastic achievement that not only recognises TWMA’s international growth, but the effort and dedication demonstrated by the entire TWMA team.
“2018 was an exciting year for the company which saw TWMA secure a number of international contracts, launch our Stay Safe Programme and refresh our brand. One of our key goals is to develop TWMA’s already-strong international profile by continuing to provide clients with safe, innovative and cost-effective solutions for their drilling operations, and we’re pleased that this has been recognised through winning this prestigious award.
“We are extremely proud of our team and look forward to the future as we strengthen our position as the leading provider of drilling waste management solutions.”
