Senior Lead Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Lead Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

We're seeking a Senior Lead Engineer to oversee the operation, maintenance, and management of all TWMA equipment and personnel offshore. This role combines technical expertise with leadership, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations while supporting team development and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we are looking for:

• Knowledge in advanced computing skills including OS & advanced MS office skills 
• Proven experience in servicing & trouble shooting mechanical or electrical equipment/machinery
• High level of analysis skills and interpretive capabilities to identify causal factors and recommend corrective actions.
• 5 years’ experience working within onshore/ offshore drilling waste or process industries as related service or process provider
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Certified Train the trainer
• Prioritising conflicting workloads
• Working to tight deadlines
• Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure
• Good team player with sound interpersonal skills
